Възстановяват и проучванията на Малтепе, край село Маноле
В началото на юни стартира новият археологически сезон в Пловдив, като работата ще започне с довършване на проучването на Форум – север. Това съобщи директорът на Регионалния археологически музей доц. Костадин Кисьов. Той, заедно с Здравко Димитров – кмет на Пловдив, Димитър Иванов – кмет на община Марица, Пламен Панов – заместник-кмет „Култура, археология и туризъм“ на Община Пловдив обявиха днес програмата на археологическото лято и финансирането на обектите, които ще се проучват.
Работата на Форум – север ще отнеме максимум месец, смята Кисьов. След приключване на проучването ще бъде обявена процедура за проектиране и социализация на обекта. Паралелно ще върви и обществена поръчка за проектиране и социализиране на пространството в посока югоизток. В този отрязък на площадното пространство няма нужда от допълнителни археологически проучвания, но има нужда от оформяне на зоната в унисон с градската средата.
Възстановяват и работата по Малтепе, като средствата за това ще са от бюджетите на двете общини Пловдив и Марица.
