Скандалният проект на арх. Фърков за Небет тепе бе входиран рано тази сутрин в Министерството на културата. Въпреки острата реакция от цялата архитектурна гилдия в Пловдив, а вече и на национално ниво, тъй като цялата Камара на архитектите подкрепи резолюцията на пловдивските си колеги, апликационната форма за кандидатстване за европейски пари вече е в културното ведомство. Документацията е вкарана точно в 9.05ч. днес, похвали се кметът Иван Тотев. На въпрос на Под тепето как така се входира апликация за проект, който по думите на арх. Фърков не съществува, а има само обикновени ескизи, градоначалникът отговори: Апликационната форма е на база идеен проект. Общината иска точно 3,9 милиона от Норвежката програма, като ще участва с допълнителни 1 милион собствени средства. Тотев подчерта, че ще има промяна в техническите параметри, като вероятно твърде спорната идея за изграждане на ескалатор по тепето с обрушаване на скалите ще отпадне.
