С какви инструменти новата местна власт ще закриля културното наследство на територията на Пловдив? Този въпрос отправят към кмета Костадин Димитров граждани, загрижени за отношението към архитектурната, историята и духа на града. Те съобщиха пред Под тепето, че ще внесат официално питане към градоначалника във връзка с представения в законодателството обществен съвет по опазване на културното наследство.
„Във връзка с гражданската ни позиция и на основание чл. 17, ал. 1 от ЗКН, молим да ни окажете съдействие и да ни предоставите следната информация:
Има ли създаден обществен съвет за закрила на културното наследство съгласно чл. 17, ал. 1, т. 2 от ЗКН?
1.1. Ако този обществен съвет съществува, моля да ни предоставите пълния поименен списък на неговите членове.
1.2. Ако този обществен съвет съществува, моля да ни предоставите копия от всички протоколи на проведените заседания за последните 5 години.
1.3. Ако е изготвен правилник за дейността на обществения съвет, моля да нипредоставите копие от правилника.“
От името на групата граждани към медията се обърна Максим Митев. Той уточнява, днес със съмишлениците му ще заведат в деловодството на общината официално питането и се надяват с позицията им да се запознаят повече хора, които да се обединят зад тази кауза.
