Гражданската организация „Пловдив на гражданите“ стартира през септември екологична инициатива за засаждане на дървета под мотото „Два чинара“. Кампанията цели да подобри въздуха в града и да намали температурните разлики през летните месеци.
„След консултация със специалисти, включително и от Аграрния университет (ВСИ), избрахме чинара като най-подходящ вид за градска среда. Той дава обилна сянка и е доказано ефективен за пречистване на въздуха“, обявиха от организацията.
Ако и пред вашия вход има липсващо/отсечено или унищожено дърво, участвайте в инициативата “Два чинара”. Съберете хората във входа и купете дарете два чинара!
Ние ще дойдем и ще ги засадим, с вие ще се грижите за тях.“
Призивът към пловдивчани е всеки да купи един чинар за своя вход и един за съседния. Организацията предлага съдействие за премахване на стари дървета, издаване на разрешение от районните кметства и засаждане на новите фиданки. Препоръчва се младите дръвчета да бъдат укрепени с колчета през първите години, за да се развиват правилно.
Кампанията ще продължи през септември и октомври – най-подходящите месеци за засаждане на чинарите. Цената за две млади фиданки с укрепващи колчета е 100 лева. Сумата може да бъде дарена по банковата сметка на организацията, като „Пловдив на гражданите“ се ангажира да даде отчет за събраните средства и реализираните засаждания.
„Бъдете активни и се включете! Заедно можем да направим Пловдив по-зелен, сенчест и приятен за живеене“, призовават организаторите.
