Прокуратурата внесе искане за взимане на най-тежката мярка за неотклонение в Районен съд за задържания за схема за източване на Здравната каса чрез фиктивни протоколи за прегледи за предписване на помощни средства за инвалиди д-р Ненко Василев. Държавното обвинение настоява да бъдат задържани в ареста още четирима от участниците в аферата-П.Н.К, З.С.Б, В.С.Н. и Р.С.К.

Обвинението е, че в периода 12.07.2022 г. до 22.06.2023 г. обвиняемите в съучастие и като съизвършители са съставили официални документи с невярно съдържание за предписване на помощни средства, приспособления, съоръжения и медицински изделия за хора с увреждания (7482 пациенти) без правно основание от бюджета на РЗОК – Пловдив за паричната сума от 700 211 лв.
